The Operator arranges for the insurance of the apartments and the regular mowing of the lawns and surrounding gardens. We also have a controlled levy structure to ensure our residents can plan not only for today but tomorrow and for years to come. Our apartments are pet friendly, ensure universal accessibility for both ground and upper levels, and we have no stairs at all in the entire estate that restrict any access.
