Regular social activities are arranged for residents that include weekly Bridge Club, Friday night socials, musicals, Thai-Chi, aerobics, special themed events, quiz evenings, Bingo and much more.

The safety of our residents is our top priority. With 24/7 security and access control, Riverside Manor is a place where our residents can feel safe and secure. Not only do we scan and record all visitors' vehicles, but the estate perimeter is guarded by electric fencing as well as camera surveillance, which is linked to a central office. Our security guards use night vision equipment and patrol the grounds both day and night.

Yes, Riverside Manor features a dedicated Care Centre on the property. Our in-sourced services are managed by a hands-on management team, providing 24-hour professional nursing care. The experienced, multi-disciplined team includes a Nursing Services Manager, Senior Sisters, Staff Nurses, Enrolled Nursing Assistants, and Care-workers.


Our comprehensive services cover a wide range of illnesses, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, vascular dementia, stroke, trauma, palliative care, tracheostomy, peg-tube feeding, post-op rehabilitation, and general short- and long-term care. To ensure continuous care, our facilities are equipped with generator power, minimizing any disruption during electrical outages.


Moreover, we offer frequent opportunities for residents to consult with specialists who come to the estate for appointments. This convenient access to specialized care enhances the overall healthcare experience for our residents.

Yes, residents in independent properties at Riverside Manor have the freedom to personalize and customise their living spaces. We understand the importance of creating a home that reflects individual tastes and preferences.

10 / How is maintenance handled for independent properties? 

Riverside Manor takes care of roof maintenance of homes as well as all as the physical upkeep of the estate as a whole, including landscaping and common area upkeep. Residents are responsible for the maintenance  of their own properties.

11 / Are family and friends allowed to visit? 

Absolutely! We encourage residents to have visitors and to enjoy the company of family and friends. Visitors will be required to check in with security upon arrival, ensuring the safety and security of our residents.
