Navigating the Frail Care Journey with Riverside Manor: Support Every Step of the Way

For many of us, the moment comes when we must consider moving our parents into a frail care facility. It’s a heart-wrenching decision—one that brings a wave of emotions and often feels overwhelming, especially if you're living overseas or if your loved ones have waited too long to make this transition. At Riverside Manor, we truly understand how difficult this time can be.

Navigating the Frail Care Journey with Riverside Manor: Support Every Step of the Way

Our management team isn't just made up of professionals; we are people who have faced similar challenges with our own parents. We’ve been there, feeling the weight of every decision and the emotional toll it can take. For over 16 years, Riverside Manor has been a trusted sanctuary for many families, providing a comforting environment for those navigating this significant life change.

We know first-hand that the journey to frail care is not easy. That’s why we’re dedicated to making this transition as smooth as possible for you and your loved ones. From the moment you reach out to us, our goal is to alleviate your worries and help you feel supported throughout the process.

To ease the transition, we encourage our new residents to move in on a Monday. This thoughtful approach allows our entire leadership team to be present during the first five days, ensuring that every new resident receives personalised attention and care. We believe that getting to know each resident and their unique needs is essential in making them feel at home.

At Riverside Manor, we’re not just providing care—we’re creating a family. We want you to feel confident that your loved ones are in a safe, nurturing environment where they are truly valued and respected. Whether you are near or far, you can trust that we are here for you, ready to support you through this journey with compassion and understanding. Your family is our family, and together, we’ll navigate this path with care.
